MISSION
Our mission is to contribute to the realization of a richer life through business related to sports, culture, and education.
We will work closely with people's dreams and goals, aiming for a better society, extension of healthy life expectancy, and realization of regional revitalization, and we want to change and grow together.
We will contribute to society based on the academic background of experience, skills, cases and solutions acquired from various positions such as education field, research field, competitive sports field, business field. MATSUMOTO Tsuyoshi
He is currently an associate professor of Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences at University of Tsukuba. His specialty is coaching studies.
He used to be a Head Coach of the American football club at University of Tsukuba. As a director of the Japan Flag Football Association, he has been conducting research on teaching materials for "flag football" published in the curriculum guidelines using tactical learning theory. Based on the results, he is also playing an active role as a lecturer in the flag football practical training class for teachers sponsored by the Board of Education.

TAKAHASHI Mihoko
After completing the Graduate School of Human Sciences at University of Tsukuba, she worked as a journalist, covering the Metropolitan Police Department, the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the Olympics.After giving birth to her first child, she enrolled in the Tsukuba International Academy for Sport Studies (TIAS) at UT, where she researched on how to support disaster recovery through sports.She gave birth to her third child in July 2020. At the Coach Trust, she aims to achieve a brighter future for kjchildren through sport.

FUCHIKAMI Maho
Researcher of Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences at University of Tsukuba. She has a PhD of Human and Animal-Plant Relationships and evaluated the characteristics of horses used for horseback riding for disabled people based on stress markers such as hormones and neurotransmitters. Currently, she has a horseback riding instructors certificate and is committed to research on the relationship between a person and a horse through contact with the horse, with an emphasis on the practical field while contributing to the development of various utilization of the horse.

NARUSAWA Masumi
She was a member of the soccer school named JFA Academy Fukushima. After graduating from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Waseda University, she completed the Graduate School of Human Sciences at University of Tsukuba. Currently, she works for a foreign institution. During her school and University days, she experienced an athlete career, playing soccer and lacrosse, and even became a member of the Japan National Lacrosse Team. After promoting to Graduate school, she started her lacrosse coaching career in 2015. Since then, she had worked at the Universities of Tsukuba and Ibaraki. Next to her business and sports careers, she is very interested in regional revitalization, thus contributing to the social development of Moriya City (Ibaraki Prefecture) as a member of the Moriya City Social Education Committee. Her research topics are Women Sports, Coaching, Leadership and Gender etc.
